When most in corrupt Westminster kept silent, back in the days when it was OK in Britain to ridicule the Irish, in a Britain that was systemically anti Irish. In a Britain that shot Irish protestors with live rounds, when they would not have dared even consider it for Brixton or other Rioters.
A Britain that imprisoned thousands for being Irish.
Few English or British people stood out, said it was wrong,that Westminster was the corrupter, Westminster was a terrorist state in Ireland. Tony Benn was one rare such man, who stood up for Irish people and for ordinary working people everywhere, victims of Crown Westminster colonialism.

The same naive British of today who want to think that Irish rebels were forced to the table by their supposed spies, and military, are of the same ignorant worn out British nationalist cloth who have been spouting similar nonsense claims for hundreds of years.

of Bloody Sunday and Ballymurphy.
We today know that the Lying Crown Govt were holding talks with the IRA even in the 1970's.
