have come to Ireland as economic migrants.

No wonder Ireland feels more like a transit camp than a nation.
a nation with a severe housing problem record homeless directly because of this open door!

Open door to cheaper workers is a dangerous & perversely uneconomical game played on the Irish people.

Only the elites & business (those that require cheap workers) owners benefits from cheap weorkes, the rest of us all pay for the economic chancers via tax to their welfare top ups famly allownces to rent allowance etc, medical cards, schooling etc..,

Since 2016 'an extra' over 54,000 more brazilians (just brazilians) have come to Ireland as economic migrants.

When these so called Irish politicians claim we are not taking in as many ukranians (should be none here not our proxy war) as some like Poland

Those claims are purposely selective false lies.

Per capita Ireland as allowed in insane & dangerous (background checked? ) numbers from supposed ukraine by any international comparison.

Apart from that is the fact of Ireland providing homes and welfare to hundreds of thousands of Poles and you name every other eastern EU nation since 2004.

Poland Estonia Lithuania etc! have not been! .
These nations have been only money takers from the EU not putting into the pot & not one of them have until ukraine all out war had any inward immigration.
You can be 100% certain not one of as allowed in many if any extra brazilians in to fill menial jobs the working class all pay for!
let alone an extra 54,000 more brazilians in just 5 recent years

the only non nationals / more like dual citizens they have even in their land are significant Russian ethnics who in common with Ukraine, all too often have been treating second class , or lower like ukraine in their decades old civil war now possible world war.

Open door is not what the Irish people wanted or want or even the most liberal with even basic logic and genuine care for people consider as sane.
