As a supposed independent nation state we should be able to reasonably control and keep in check our own population, put at least some general token of manners and a culture of respect on them.
Ireland in the past was able to police as able as any nation, too many crimes went on but there was at least some safety feel in the streets of most of Ireland. Statistically once one of the safest places in Europe.
But with changing times and with unprecedented economic and 'student'/chancer foreign immigrant numbers coming into Ireland, many coming from very poor and rough parts from different cultures where women especially are treated as less, this combined with EU and Irish puppet politicians has dramatically reduced that ability for Ireland to control, for Irish citizens to feel safe in their own land.
EU law and Ireland's interpretation of it (curious politicians seem comfort able to read the rules flexibly for business profits) make the streets far more difficult and dangerous to police.
Alcohol or other drug abuse has never been so dangerous especially for young women and men on their own at night, this danger used to be more about holidays abroad, no longer the danger is here on Irish streets.
Dangerous sex criminals predators are roaming Irish streets on the prowl for victims. Something needs to be done about these evil and the EU needs to be changed to stop enabling these criminals.
I'd guess no new thing, but have no doubt what so ever that this was once a much rarer crime and certainly never a blatant as what is going on in Ireland today.
And no point beating about the bush here, it is often recent foreign migrants who are the predators when named in court.
So until the government does something about these evil and allow or demand the police led by the former experienced RUC man put as much HEADLINE efforts into protecting regular Irish citizens as they do eviction bailif companies or business interests.
will list here the crimes going on against victims often helpless, victims who are damaged for life.
Have to assume many of these evil trash normally think they can get away with it, as they seem blatant.
To think the EU not only enables these foreign criminals to roam free and be protected beyond reason (Ireland can not even deport these dangerous criminals back to their own nation), and Ireland puppet governments scared to stand up, makes it worse actually pays for the legal aid for the low life likes of this.
Perverse beyond any sense.
Andrzej Tadel, a Polish national, who is living in Dublin but has no fixed address, was charged with sexual assault of the woman in a side-street the city centre’s north-side. It allegedly occurred between 11am – 11.45am, on July 1 last.
An independent witness made a 999 call and told gardai she had observed the accused pull down the woman’s trousers and underwear, and touch her vagina.
Two gardai arrived and shouted at him to stop, the court was told.
Garda Purcell alleged: “And he ignored this, proceeding in full view of both gardai, and had to be physically pulled off the unconscious female to stop him."
The woman was still unconscious at this point and had to be woken by gardai, the court heard.
Garda Purcell told the court the woman “had not consented to this act and was incapable of doing so, and was highly intoxicatedâ€.
The woman was not known to the accused, who also had no ties to the jurisdiction, the Garda said.
Legal aid to include senior counsel was granted following an application by the defence solicitor who said: “The charge is of exceptional gravity."
