Who do you think won the Live - Late Late Show Presidential debate.
The seven candidates for the Presidential election are to take part in a debate on tonight's Late Late Show.
Live - Late Late Show Presidential debate
The seven candidates taking part are Independents Mary Davis, Seán Gallagher, David Norris and Dana Rosemary Scallon, Sinn Féin's Martin McGuinness, Fine Gael's Gay Mitchell and Labour's Michael D Higgins.

Prior to his official nomination, Senator Norris appeared on the Late Late Show to announce he was re-entering the race for the Áras.
He, in the interest of balance, will get less speaking time on tonight's show.

Dana so far - she came over positively.
Ireland has become a beggar to the EU and made not just dependent but ignorant.
That was why she was so correct in reminding the public, many of who are unaware that Ireland got a bad overall deal with the EU.
Our fishing rights were worth many more billions if managed by ourselves. I think it has been shown here, Ireland is a net contributor.
Thought Dana was impressive, of course it is sales pitch, but that is what a high % will vote for.

McGuinnes comes back and looks impressive.
Gay Mitchell and his anti campaign is not working, his chance has backfired and provided Martin McGuinness with more free air time. Which McGuinness once again answered well.
Feeling sorry for Senator Norris he is not handling pressure at all well. He is shouting too much.

The Questions - no one shined - McGuinnes made the most sense. But even he lets himself and his supporters down by trying to fit in to questions. Many of us have problems with royalty, the queen of england visit was not natural or because of any demand. Those behind it made Ireland look a joke, like North Korea. They even had to hire in that awful little wedding planner, Franc to stage manage events. Literally using Children by giving them bodhrans to drown out protestors.
Why did he not speak out. McGuiness loses credit points by ignoring the majority of Irish who consider honesty a basic requirement, and can still think for themselves.
The summary - no one shined - Gallagher was the most impressive and full - even it seemed like far more than 30 secs allotted

None of them were impressive or obviously Presidential.
