Russia To host world cup 2018

Congratulations to Russia. A massive country who deserve to host it more than the other. England are a small nation and it would have been more corruption had they won the bid over Russia. What player would want to go to lousy England for a World Cup anyway.
Russia to host 2018 World Cup
Their success was confirmed by FIFA president Sepp Blatter after a 22-member bid vote by the governing body's executive committee.
Russia will therefore host the competition for the first time in their history.
In a surprising outcome, Qatar were named as hosts of the 2022 World Cup.

England today lost the bid to host the football World Cup in 2018 to Russia despite a sensational last-minute presentation led by Prince William.
After a string of major own goals during the campaign to stage the tournament, the last-ditch attempt to persuade football's world governing body was too little too late.
In a major embarrassment, England are thought not to have even made it through to the second round of the voting in Switzerland.
William - who hours earlier had urged the 22 delegates in Zurich to hand the honour to England - looked crestfallen as the result was announced.
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, who had yesterday accused the British media of running a 'dirty tricks' campaign, did not even travel to Zurich for today's vote.
His absence was a stark contrast to Mr Cameron, who briefly broke off his charm offensive with a whistle-stop return to London to face MPs in the Commons before flying back to Zurich.
FIFA president Sepp Blatter described England as 'the motherland of football' before he was handed the envelope containing the winner's name.
Qatar was later named the host for the 2022 event despite concerns about the weather in the country during June and July - when temperatures can rise as high as 50 degrees Celsius.
There was a feeling in Zurich that England had pulled off the best final presentation, with some describing nearest rival Spain and Portugal's as flat.
As well as Prince William and David Beckham, singer Elton John and Sir Bobby Charlton were among a host of stars to feature in a video urging FIFA to pick England.

FIFA President Sepp Blatter praised England for their 'excellent' and 'remarkable' presentation before they left the stage to anxiously await this afternoon's result.
The English campaign had earlier received a late boost after Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin confirmed he would not be travelling to Zurich for today’s vote.
Russia is one of England’s main rivals and Mr Putin accused the British media of running a ‘dirty tricks’ campaign.
‘I would like to note that recently we have watched with disappointment as an obvious campaign was being unleashed against members of the Fifa executive committee,’ said Putin.
‘They are being smeared in dirt and compromised. I consider it as part of unscrupulous bit of competition in preparations for the selection of the host-country for the World Cup.
‘I would love to represent our entry in person. However, under these circumstances, I think it would be best not to go out of respect for the members of the FIFA executive committee, so that they could make their decision in peace and without any outside pressure.’
His absence was a stark contrast to Mr Cameron, who briefly broke off his charm offensive with a whistle-stop return to London to face MPs in the Commons before flying back to Zurich.
Prince William only finished lobbying members after midnight yesterday, meeting Rafael Salguero from Guatemala, Qatar’s Mohamed bin Hammam and finally USA’s Chuck Blazer.
England's hopes were given a further lift after a key meeting between FIFA powerbroker Jack Warner and the Prince.
Mr Warner, who is president of the Concacaf federation of countries from the Caribbean, north and central America, swapped jokes with William about his forthcoming marriage.
