We Irish are a ancient but small island people. Today our culture is under threat. We can no longer afford to argue among ourselves about stupid myths.
In the past we had one identity, Irish. A great disaster came to Ireland and we became divided.
It does not matter anymore who did this, or who to blame, it happened.
Today, intelligent people everywhere can comprehend that religion was used to divide the Irish.
Because of free education and information, Irish people today, whether they are protestant or catholic, understand that we were divided up, abused and used, all of us.
Today people with good sense know that the population of Ireland, both protestant and catholic, are of the same old Irish root.
We were arguing and killing each other over stupid things and myths.
Very few Irish anywhere still want to behave like this.
This is 2009, very few people in Ireland care enough about religion to argue over it with a neighbor.
At the end of the day, the protestants are Irish, the catholics are Irish, always will have been.
We need to leave religion aside and be united Irish once again, before it it too late.
We are suffering from mass immigration on a scale that threatens all Irish, all of our children.
We need to make sure our politicians are looking after the Irish first.
We can start by putting a stop on welfare and dole hand-outs for all non nationals. Stop giving bogus asylum seekers free legal aid.
This has got to stop, we can not afford to pay for unemployed non nationals and we do not want them here anyway.
Give the Irish people a chance to vote on this and see.
