Good to see some Irish have a stomach for a fight against big business and especially the corrupt banks.
Irish people have subsidized the banks to the tune of Billions, what was that for?
So Billionaires like Ross can buy in cheap and make more money?
Irish bank Robbery. Largest ever Irish state bank robbery
Carpet Billionaire Wileyboy Dosh thanks Irish for banks
AIB Bank state bank private share sale scam scheme
Is that really what the Irish people want and voted for?
For a select few, mainly foreign investors, to make money on the pain and tears of Irish families.
Individuals have always made evil in the History of humanity and Ireland is no exception, but the Irish people always produced some fiber, there was always some who would not just nod their head at evil or lay down to corruption and what is wrong.
Irish resistance, the spirit of Irish resistance is a world brand name, Viva.
We must hope the Irish never become cowardly and docile as a people?
Around 100 protesters gathered outside the home of Martin and Claire O'Sullivan in Kanturk, Co Cork, to prevent a sheriff carrying out an eviction order
A COUPLE with three children under eight have spoken of their torment as they face losing their home over mortgage arrears.
Martin (36) and Claire (40) O'Sullivan face eviction despite offering to make reduced repayments to their sub-prime mortgage lender.
Almost 100 protesters prevented the sheriff from enforcing the eviction order yesterday at their Ashdale, Dun an Oir home in Kanturk, Co Cork.
NIGHTMARE
"It is really difficult. It has been a total nightmare and we just don't know what is going to happen," Mr O'Sullivan said.
"This was our dream home. We never in a million years thought we would find ourselves in a position like this."
The couple say they don't know where they will live if they are forced out.
"We are glued to our seats because we just don't know what is going to happen. But we take great comfort from the fact so many people have travelled here to try to help us."
The couple bought their home seven years ago and then remortgaged with Dublin-based firm Smart Mortgages.
Mr O'Sullivan lost his plumbing job almost three years ago and since then the family has struggled to meet their mortgage commitments.
Unable to play video...
The family was buoyed when almost 100 protesters from the Anti-Eviction Ireland Taskforce and Independent Resistance Ireland gathered outside the home from 9am yesterday to frustrate the eviction order.
A sheriff attended the property at lunchtime yesterday but did not attempt to enforce the order given the number of people present.
A spokesman for Start Mortgages was unavailable for comment.
Good for these Irish, honor them and join them and fight back against working people being shafted.

Not as if the Politicians and their journalist mouthpieces did not have the major part in the false boom.
Let the people not pay this time!
