Has Fintan O'Toole implicated the Queen of England in war crimes -
Not intentionally of course!
Fintan O'Toole implies / asks in his headline
Should we appoint a head of State who could be liable to arrest for war crimes under international law?
Of course Fintan O'Toole was only intentionally trying to suggest /imply / implicate, that Martin McGuinness could be liable for war crimes.
Reading up on some credible opinions online, it seems that Fintan O'Toole has implicated the Queen of England in war crimes - by way of default.
Fintan O'Toole raises the question -Is the Queen of England a
War Criminal
Can Irish victims (and by default the thousands of others British Colonial victims of British state terrorism around the world) and relatives of those murdered by the British state - take legal actions against the Queen of England - for her role in war crimes in Ireland, especially against Irish civilians, including women and children.
Initial O'Toole theory suggests she might be liable?
Facts we know about the Queen of England involvement without question
The Queen of England personally decorated or personally approved soldiers to be decorated - among them soldiers who were active participants in the murder of innocents on Bloody Sunday. Murderers have been decorated by the Crown.
With such clear evidence, it makes one wonder why Fintan O'Toole was not raising this serious concern of his before.
With Martin McGuinness he raises the theory in apparent concern!
With the Queen of England - did he not have all the proof he needs.
Mass murder was carried out in the name of the Queen of England, and she decorated the killers with medals and even promoted some of them.
Problems for the Queen of England as head of the British armed forces, is she liable for war crimes.
The British government have since admitted Bloody Sunday was murder of innocent civilians.
What happened on Bloody Sunday was both unjustified and unjustifiable. It was wrong.
But Mr Speaker, you do not defend the British Army by defending the indefensible.
There is no point in trying to soften or equivocate what is in this report. It is clear from the tribunal's authoritative conclusions that the events of Bloody Sunday were in no way justified.
David Cameron. Prime Minister uk
Former Commander of British forces describes the British army killers as Nazi Stormtroopers
British Colonel Richard Kemp describes the British Parachute Regiment as Nazis. On the 30th Jan 1972 The Parachute Regiment committed mass murder of innocent Irish civilians known as Bloody Sunday.
Remember the Queen of England personally decorated these Nazi storm troopers, mass murderers.
British war crimes in Ireland
Bloody Sunday full unseen footage of british para's mass murdering 14 Men+Boys 1972 and the concocted lies of British senior officers.
These cowardly evil shameless murderers and their apologist liars, that was the reality for the people of Free Derry.
Despite Fintan O'Toole clearly rethinking his theory regarding Martin McGuinness
Owning up
It is preposterous to suggest, as I did last week that, as president, Martin McGuinness “could, in principle, be liable to arrest for war crimes under international law”.
I have never suggested that it is probable that Martin McGuinness as president would be prosecuted abroad. But a lot of people would be asking awkward questions.
Congratulations to Eamon Dunphy for being the only mainstream Irish journalist to speak out on the hypocritical journalism of Fintan O'Toole. Eamon Dunphy also raises the points that Fintan O'Toole has now by his theory placed the Queen of England in war crimes.
If the evidence was there against Martin McGuinness, we can be certain the British or corrupt Irish state would have produced it long ago.
The evidence for O'Tooles theory is known for the Queen of England - she was in charge of killers of innocent civilians including children.
She decorated murderers of innocent civilians and promoted mass murderers.
Any Questions on the possibility of taking legal action against the Queen of England - for war crimes.
Fintan O'Toole is the man who has the theory you need.
