It says that close to 1,400 posts could be available over the next 12 months.

Jobs available in Ireland July 2011
Job opportunities exist in most segments of the Irish labour market despite the decline in employment, according to a new report.
The Expert Group on Future Skills Needs today published the 2011 update of the National Skills Bulletin, its annual review of employment trends and demand for skills in Ireland.
The update found that in several areas skill shortages continue to exist.
The rate of deterioration in the labour market during 2010 was slower than in 2009, according to the report.
Commenting on the report findings, Minister for Training and Skills, Ciarán Cannon said, 'It has never been so critical to provide information on the employment trends and the areas of current and future skills demand.
'While it is hard to reconcile high unemployment with skills shortages it is critical that we maintain our focus on ensuring that our labour force is equipped with the skills for current and future jobs.'
'The Skills Bulletin highlights that vacancies are found in occupations associated with high replacement rates such as clerical, sales and service occupations and for skilled and experienced people in ICT, engineering, healthcare, finance and customer care (including technical support),' said Una Halligan, chairperson of EGFSN.
'It is crucial that education and training providers continuously ensure that their programmes are aligned with the future skills needs of enterprise.'
The report found that vacancies continue to arise, with an increase in the level of vacancies in Q1 of 2011 compared with last year.
It found that while 'in general, the supply of labour is greater than demand, in some areas shortages continue to exist.
'They are small in terms of the number of persons required, unlikely to be greater than several hundred, and confined to individuals with high level skills, experience and/or niche area expertise.'
The report identified men, people under 25, early school leavers, non-Irish nationals, residents of the South-East region and construction workers as being at a particular risk of unemployment.
US firms operating in Ireland currently have 2,000 vacant jobs to fill but are struggling to find suitably skilled employees for some key areas, according to the American Chamber of Commerce Ireland.
Ahead of its annual Independence Day lunch today, the Chamber has published a survey tracking employment trends, which covers 109 companies with operations in Ireland.
The body's annual workforce activation survey shows US firms with operations here still have a healthy demand for new staff and particularly for graduates.
800 new graduates were taken on by US firms here last year and the number of new graduate hires this year, according to the survey, will be close to 1,000.
American companies say they have, however, encountered something of a skills shortage in Ireland.
Ironically, says the American Chamber, despite the current unemployment rate and the large numbers of skilled staff looking for work, almost a third of vacancies at US firms are taking longer than three months to fill.
Separately this morning technology firm Onwave has announced it plans to recruit 30 new employees to fill a range of vacancies.
The company has raised €4m to fund a pan-European expansion of its satellite broadband internet and television service, and is offering new jobs in Mullingar and Galway as a result.

Telecommunications firm Aruba Networks is to create 40 jobs in Cork over the next four years.
The US company is setting up its international headquarters and shared services centre for all regions outside of the US in Cork. The move is supported by IDA Ireland.
'Today's announcement demonstrates once again the crucial importance of our low corporation tax, our skilled workforce and our existing base of high-tech companies,' commented the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton as he met Aruba executives in the US.
'As the demand for our wireless products increases so too does the need for us to be closer to our customers in Europe,' commented Dominic Orr, President and CEO of Aruba Networks.
'We chose Ireland as a centre from which to expand our presence in the European market due to the country's existing base of ICT companies, the talented workforce and the highly-efficient corporate tax structure,' he added.
