This is in effect a admission by British army officials -- that the British army use and abuse the young and vulnerable in society. The British army abuse teenagers who are mentally retarded -- the British army admit that most of their recruits are simple children. Should the British army be allowed to use mentally retarded children --be allowed to exploit them for any purpose.
They send the mentally retarded abroad to keep peace and make war. Unbelievable -- but they admit it themselves.
