We are all getting pressured into organic and fair trade products and im wondering if we are getting ripped of , two pounds for half a dozen eggs , and no means of checking that the hens are roaming about gobbling the corn and singing happy songs , shouldnt the way forward be all organic and stop the mass producing , it would bring produce into a more local market , and keep your own community in work , save transporting all over the place , when there is a surpless by all means transport within a one day radious , that way you will keep costs down , and enjoy a good variety , maybe its time to get more seculior , keep things tight in our near neighbours , stop looking for things out of season , and support our local produce .
