Should we as a society , go back to when woman stayed in the home , and a mans wage was enough to survive and have a decent family liveing , dont children really need one parent around at all times , to watch what they do , and more important talk to them as problems crop up ..not when there is the time to listen Im perfectly aware that a lot of woman want both ..a family and a job , but things are so bad for woman trying to do both , yes men can be stay at home husbands and many do , the result is the same more balanced children , single parents with no help get the hardest end of the stick ..they cant do right for doing wrong , but think where the rot sets in ...no time for each other both working , busy busy ..and soon its like strangers liveing in the same house , its seen as a cope out being a stay at home mum , but children need cherished and made feel safe , I dont have the answers , but we need to look at what did work ...and adapt some of the answers to our own life ..I am not so daft as to realise that industry and goverment encouraged two adults working , did make labour cheaper , but at what cost , we are more like puppets on a string than we realise
