down from the beach she marched him fair steady
out to the town to both get them ready
she smiled and she said love steal yourself

he blinked and he stuttered he shuffled some to
and said what the God are we going to do
well we are going to smile dear as millionares try
was then that he told the most awful truth

The Saturdays draw was mearly a joke
to test her humour was his intent
his friends said shed laugh and
take the joke her hands round his neck
