Sceala Irish Craic Forum Discussion:     Ultimate diet and fitness plan
I have not got it ..sorry if you looked in hoping to find the perfect life plan. I want to know what you people think is the ..best type of diet to live on.. practically and most days ..and what you all do ..to keep fit.
I have been told I drink far too much alcohol ..but I do not smoke ..never have. I have no active gym membership ..no fitness routine ..never have ..however I do walk to work and then back home most days ..I will be walking home soon ..the sun is shining ..a natural bliss enjoying this type of physical exercise .. there is ..only one more fitness builder ..one I am very fond of ..predictable.
I think we eat quite well ..I like to cook ..so does my wife ..we eat lots of fresh local food ..when possible ..time being the inhibiting factor ..the micro waved meal can be so deliciously convenient ..and very tempting after a working day. I have a ..typically boring Irish life style.
Do any of you have unconventional eating ..and ..or ..fitness habits ..I hope so ..please do tell ..signed ..bored and keen to change.
