Waves are beating the rocks, as the storms drawing near
Gray and rocky, they drive me to follow your here

Black rocks at attention, sleeplessly their guard stand
Keep watch and protect St. Kieran’s island
The sea sprays my face and bites at my hands
Timeless moments swirl past us like fine grains of sand

Tears fall as the salt stings my eyes till they smart
Is there any hope left in a half broken heart?
Far too used to endings, far too scared of starts
Is there anything left that can tear us apart?
