Oft times the path presented is not the one taken
Broken dreams, broken heart, bright hopes gone and forsaken
Grieve not for the past, for the present keen low
The future a question, no answers foretold

Stand with me, my friend
For I journey tonight
Farewell fears and worries
Begone now, take flight!

This quest, my dear friend, is mine alone
The path that we trod, I must now walk alone
Feel no sorrow for my vision is true
I have always flown solo...I know what to do...

Long have I waited for the calm of the night
Let the magic transport me, carefree in flight
Kindly think of me often... I shall write, I shall call
And dear hold yer friendship whenever I fall

Wandering the landscape for weeks upon weeks
I shall climb the high hills, from deep valleys to peaks
