Ireland do or die Rugby to face Argentina

Ireland's progress in the rugby world cup has not lived up to general Irish ambition or expectation. After poor performances in recent months and vitally 3 consequtive in France at this world cup, it looks like a early plane home. But there is still a chance, a very slim chance, but a chance.
To stay in Ireland clearly know what they need to do, they need to beat Argentina by at least 8 points and score at least four tries in the process. Maybe this clarity of goal will be the spur to a performance that every Irish rugby fan knows is insiide of this squad.
For Sundays do or die match Eddie O'Sullivan has made two changes to the first 15 that started against France.
Hardly a daring selection approach, O'Sullivan has essentially stuck with the seemingly 'untouchable' first team used throughout the tournament.
Andrew Trimble loses his place to Denis Hickie and moves onto the bench. The other change sees Geordan Murphy come from out of the squad and into the first 15 in place of the injured Girvan Dempsey.
The centres - Brian O'Driscoll and Gordon D'Arcy - are retained as is scrum-half Eoin Reddan, who replaced Peter Stringer for the match against France. Ronan O'Gara also keeps his place at out-half.
Up front, virtually the entire pack from the France match has been picked again. The only possible change is at hooker, where - with both Jerry Flannery and Rory Best having slight injuries, "A.N Other" is named. Flannery, as the man who started against France, is possibly the likely selection if he recovers in time. The replacements are also much the same as they have been all along (Neil Best, Simon Best and Malcolm O'Kelly) with "A.N Other" also down in the hooker replacement spot.
Ireland team: Geordan Murphy, Shane Horgan, Brian O'Driscoll, Gordon D'Arcy, Denis Hickie, Ronan O'Gara, Eoin Reddan, Marcus Horan, AN Other, John Hayes, Donncha O'Callaghan, Paul O'Connell, Simon Easterby, David Wallace, Denis Leamy
Replacements:
AN Other, Simon Best, Malcolm O'Kelly, Neil Best, Isaac Boss, Paddy Wallace, Andrew Trimble
Amazingly yet again there is no place for the one bright spark of the dismal summer tour of Argentina, the rugby league convert Carney.
Good Luck Ireland, like never before will the so called 'luck of the Irish' be needed.
